Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount (in either travel credit or cash back) according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the Final Payment Due Date will be subject to at least a $25 per person change fee -- this includes but is not limited to new reservations or additions of new travelers or an extension of nights. Any added nights or travelers to a booking must be paid for in full upfront before the request is confirmed.

Travel Insurance Rates

During the ongoing pandemic, we strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

Please note that room availability will change as new reservations are made and what is listed above may not be 100% accurate at the time of your room reservation request. The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible. 

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her and she can request a quote.

Airfare. You are responsible for reserving your own flights. If you'd like to include flights in your reservation, please let our travel agent MarieSam know when you contact her. 

Trip Insurance (Prices Below): We highly recommend getting insurance but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form. 

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for the entire duration of your stay per current U.S. and Mexico regulations. Also, the earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is so you can avoid expedited processing charges. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP. FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can also help you book flights at no additional charge. However, please note it is not required to book flights through her.

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. When you book your room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa are included. Kindly note, the transfer from the airport to the resort is approximately 25 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at our all-inclusive resort about 15 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. She can also book your roundtrip flights if need be. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration.
